Create AI Chatbot

The chatbot creation process is the first step to getting your virtual assistant up and running.

Create from Website URL

• Step 1: After logging in, click the "Add Chatbot" button.

• Step 2: Enter your website URL into the field and click "Create Chatbot".

• Step 3: Review the interface after successfully creating your AI chatbot.

Processing: The system will automatically scan the website’s sitemap, extract key links, gather relevant information, and store it in the database. Based on this data, the AI will automatically build the bot’s initial personality and start automated training. This process typically takes 1–3 minutes, depending on the number of links.

Note: To ensure maximum scanning efficiency, your website should have a declared sitemap with search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo!) and be SEO optimized.

Create from Facebook

• Step 1: In the AI Chatbot management interface, navigate to the "Integration" section.

• Step 2: Select "Facebook Messenger" and follow the instructions to connect to your Facebook Fanpage. You will need to grant Easy AI Chat permission to access and manage messages on the selected Fanpage.
